Advanced Obedience
Advanced Obedience (ADVOB) is for students that have completed an FOB package and understand/apply concepts regularly. This course covers PROPER use of electronics and transitioning skills off leash.
What ADVOB Covers:

Course covers NePoPo® approach to modern e-collar application.

Learn about the good, the bad and the ugly technology of e-collars (we obviously then only use 'the good.')

Recognize the correct and incorrect way e-collars are commonly used in dog training.

Learn how to condition low level stimulation as something the dog LOVES feeling and controlling.

Understand the scaffolded process to layering your new e-collar language into the already understood leash language from FOB.

Fade your leash out and learn to read confusion in your dog.

Learn how to proof and generalize off leash skills for practical (real life) application and/or behavior modification.

(With live online coaching): Enroll in our affiliated video series and work through the program on your own at home through the video learning portal "Work Your Pack." Sign into online classroom for four private lessons! Submit videos for critique and review and jumpstart your training culture journey from anywhere in South Dakota (or the world).

Package ADVOB 3
This package includes our affiliated video series and four private in-person lessons at K9Azimuth. *Students are encouraged to purchase an approved Martin System® e-collar kit before starting program.

Package ADVOB 4
(Three week board and train with weekend send home): This package includes our affiliated video series and a three-week Monday - Friday schedule board and train. Your dog will live on site during the week learning new skills and communication systems. Come out for a private lesson on Fridays and take skills home to practice over the weekend. Course includes three private lessons + one refresher lesson at K9 Azimuth. *Students are encouraged to purchase an approved Martin System® e-collar kit before starting program.

Package ADVOB 5
(Three week straight-through board and train): This package is best suited for dogs with more severe behavioral/aggression issues or for clients who want us to give the most immersive jumpstart to new training culture. Your dog will live on site for duration of program learning new skills and communication systems. You will get our affiliated video course and three private lessons + one refresher lesson at K9 Azimuth with this program. *Students are encouraged to purchase an approved Martin System® e-collar kit before starting program.
